About the artists:
Scott Albrecht is a Brooklyn based artist, most widely known for his highly crafted, typographical wood cuts.
His recent solo show, ‘New Translations’, at Shepard Fairey’s gallery, Subliminal Projects, was a sold out affair.
‘I often see my process and final works as though I’m creating reminders or artifacts for myself of ideas and situations, and have come to use this
perspective as a guide in my work — to create something worth being reminded of.’ -Scott Albrecht
Mary Iverson is a Seattle based artist, known for her ongoing series of ‘shipping container’ paintings.
Mary is a former Juxtapoz magazine cover artist. Kristin Farr, Juxtapoz editor has this to say about Iverson’s work:
